The day sheet

Each job shows the address, the price, the access notes, whether it is front only, and when you last did it. One tap marks it.
Done
The next visit is set a cycle on from the day you actually did it, not from the day it was due. A job caught up late does not drag the rest of your year forward with it.
Skipped, or nobody in
The job stays due. It is on tomorrow’s sheet and every sheet after that until somebody does it, instead of quietly disappearing for another four weeks.
Cycles of two, three, four, six, eight or twelve weeks, or any number of days you like. Gutters and conservatory roofs keep their own clock, so clearing the windows never clears the gutters.

Every unpaid visit, oldest first, with a running total. Each debt is aged from the day of the job at 30 and 60 days, so you can see which ones have stopped being an oversight.

Quotes
Count the windows by type at your own rate for each one, give them a total on the doorstep, and send it as a text. A yes turns the quote into a customer on the round.
Texts
Night before, arrears, price rise, back after a break. Each one is filled in and handed to your own messaging app. Nothing is ever sent by the app.
The books
Money received by month and by method, kept apart from what is still owed. Expenses by category, the miles you drove, and the lot as a PDF or a spreadsheet.
The income figures are your own record of what you wrote down. WindowRound calculates no tax, applies no mileage allowance and files nothing with anybody.

There is no account to make and no round to upload. A text goes out through your own messaging app; an export goes where you choose. WindowRound itself sends crash reports and anonymous usage counts, so faults get found and fixed.

Is this for finding a window cleaner?
No. It is for the person doing the cleaning: your own round, your own customers, your own money.
Do my customers need the app?
No. Nothing asks them to sign up. They get a text from your own number, sent by you.
Can it plan my route for me?
No, and it does not try. You drag your customers into the order you actually drive, and the day sheet keeps that order.
What happens when it rains?
Mark the job skipped. It stays due and comes back on tomorrow’s sheet, and every sheet after that, until somebody does it. Only a completed clean moves the customer on to the next cycle.
