Open the day and the site and every share due is on one list, laid out like the clipboard at the stand. Tick each one as it goes out, and the tally says how many are still waiting. Print it as a PDF for a helper.
A member who is away this week shows as skipping, and one collecting at the market instead shows there, on that day’s sheet. Log a skip from the stand yourself, or on Pro let members skip or change sites from their own page.
Set a full share, a half share, eggs or flowers, each with a season price and an optional limit. On Pro, the signup page offers a waitlist when a share fills. Closed weeks are skipped and every-other-week shares keep their rhythm.
A member pays in full or splits the season into 2, 3, 4 or 6 monthly payments. FarmShare shows the schedule, what has come in and who is behind, and the Money tab shows season totals by share type.
Publish a page in your farm’s name where members choose a share, add-ons, a pickup site and how to pay. Connect your own Stripe account and the money goes straight to you, in full or by monthly installment.
Each member gets a personal link with their coming pickups, a button to skip a week or collect at another site, and their payments. Their skips and swaps appear on your sheet as soon as they sync, and their questions land in your inbox.
The sheet is the screen you open at four o’clock on pickup day. Ticks made with no signal at the barn are kept on the phone and sent when the connection returns.
Online payments go through the farm’s own Stripe account, straight to the farm. FarmShare takes a 1% platform fee on those payments, and you choose whether the member covers it.
A member paying in four goes on a monthly plan that ends after the fourth payment, so nobody is charged a fifth time. Cash and cheques at the stand are logged by hand next to them.
Every member, payment and sheet stays readable on every tier. If a paid plan ends, FarmShare keeps running on Standard with up to 30 members.

A CSA (community supported agriculture) sells shares of a season’s harvest that members collect each week or every other week. FarmShare is for small farms and market gardens running one, with one or a few pickup sites and twenty to a few hundred members.

You choose which payment counts each share allows: in full, or 2, 3, 4 or 6 monthly payments. Any odd cents go on the first payment so the total is exact. Payments online through Stripe end after the last one; cash and cheques are logged by hand.
