How it works
Pick a duration and start
Tap a preset (30s, 1m, 2m, 3m, 5m, 10m) or set your own. Pick the exposure type — cold shower, ice bath, cryo, cold-water swim, or post-sauna contrast. Start the dial.
Rate how it felt after
Once you're warm and dry, rate your mood and energy on a 1-5 scale. Optionally snap a photo of your thermometer or tub setup. Skip the bits you don't care about.

Your week's minutes show against the Søberg 11-minute target line. Trends show mood, energy, and the longest retention hold from breathing practice over time.

Rate how you felt after on a 1-5 scale. We schedule a gentle next-morning prompt for sleep quality so you can see how cold sessions correlate with sleep over time.
Photo timeline
Snap your thermometer reading or your tub setup, not a selfie. Builds into a chronological grid over months and years.
Streak + lifetime stats
Daily streak with DST-safe local-day boundaries. Total cold-exposure minutes lifetime. Weeks you hit the Søberg target in the last 12.
Reminders default off
No nagging. If you want a daily reminder, you pick the time and we ask for notification permission then — not on first launch.
Medical-conditions gate
Onboarding flags cardiovascular, blood-pressure, circulation, thyroid, epilepsy and pregnancy conditions, and requires a "yes, I've consulted a doctor" affirmation before continuing.
All data on your device
Sessions, photos, ratings, streak — everything stays local. The app talks to the network only for ads (free tier), in-app purchases, and anonymous crash reports.
