Why it works this way
It starts with you.
One selfie is taken live in the app as part of each batch, and you confirm the photos are of you. OfficeShot is designed for making headshots of yourself.
Your selfies do not stay.
Selfies are deleted from our server as soon as the batch is finished. Headshots stay on our server for 30 days so your phone can download them, then they are deleted. Your photos are never used to train a model.
Plainly labelled as AI.
Every headshot is made by an AI image model and labelled as AI-generated inside the image file. If a batch comes back more than a few images short, the pack is returned.

Questions
Are these real photographs?
No. Every headshot is made by an AI image model from your selfies and is labelled as AI-generated inside the image file. Do not use one where a real photograph is required, such as a passport, visa or ID card.
What happens to my selfies?
They are uploaded only to make your batch and deleted from our server as soon as it is finished. Headshots stay on our server for 30 days so your phone can download them, then they are deleted.
Can I use OfficeShot for someone else?
OfficeShot is designed for making headshots of yourself. One selfie in every batch is taken live in the app, and you confirm the photos are of you.
How long does a batch take?
It depends on how busy the image model is: a Basic pack can be ready in a few minutes or take around half an hour, and a Pro pack takes longer. You can close the app; a notification tells you when the contact sheet is ready.
What if I do not like a headshot?
Report it from the viewer and it is removed from our server and the app at once. If a whole batch comes back more than a few images short, the pack is returned automatically.
Do I need to sign up?
No. The app makes an anonymous account for your install; you never enter a name, email or password. A pack you have not used yet can be restored after a reinstall from the same Google Play account.
