Today's Tasks lists every dose that falls today, per pet, with the dosage and the time. Insulin at 07:30 for Luna sits above Apoquel at 09:00 for Buddy.
One tap writes the dose to the log with the real time you gave it. A dose can also be marked skipped, and one you never answered stands as missed rather than quietly disappearing.
Anything past its slot carries an Overdue chip on the dashboard until it is answered, so the list stops being a to-do and starts being a record of what actually happened.
Give a vaccination a next-due date and PetCare schedules a reminder 30 days out, another a week out and one on the morning it falls due. The card also carries the clinic and the batch number you typed in.
A vet visit with a follow-up date gets a single reminder at seven the evening before, naming the pet, the reason and the clinic.
People lean on this app for medicine, so it is worth being exact about where it stops.
PetCare stores the drug name, the strength and the schedule exactly as you type them. It never validates a dose, never warns about an interaction, and has no opinion on whether a medicine suits your animal. Every one of those questions belongs to your vet.
Reminders are scheduled inexactly, which means the phone may hold one back while it is idle or saving battery. It reduces the chance of a forgotten dose; it does not remove it. The dashboard list is the copy to trust.
The pet profile is genuinely useful to hand across a consulting table — dates, doses, weights, batch numbers. It is still your own notebook, not a clinical document, and it diagnoses nothing.
