Quit nicotine pouches, snus or dip
Enter what you use and how many a day. Stop today, or with Pro cut down week by week. PouchOff counts the days, the pouches you did not use and the money you kept, and one tap starts a five-minute timer when a craving hits.

Log a slip and the day count stays where it is. A separate slip-free streak starts again, and Today shows it plainly: 1 slip in 23 days.
Tap Craving and a five-minute ring counts down while you breathe in, hold, out and hold. Your own short list sits underneath: cold water, a walk, gum. Then log how strong it was, what set it off and whether you rode it out.
Stop today, or enter the day you already stopped. With Pro, set a taper over 2 to 26 weeks with fewer pouches a day each week and an optional step down in strength, say 9 mg to 6 mg to 3 mg. Today shows how many pouches are left in your daily allowance, and you can get a notification the morning each step starts.
Every craving grouped by day, with the count for the week, how many you rode out and their average strength. Pro adds charts by hour of day and by trigger over the last 28 days.
Pick pouches, snus or dip and the app says pouches, portions or dips, in cans, tins or boxes. Prices are in your phone’s currency, and you can name what the money is going towards and watch the goal fill.
PouchOff works from the numbers you give it. The nicotine figure is an estimate from the strength and amount you enter, not a measurement. It is not medical advice; for help stopping nicotine, talk to a doctor or pharmacist.
PouchOff keeps your overall day count separate from your slip-free streak. One pouch takes one pouch off your totals and starts the streak again; the days you have already done stay counted.
PouchOff needs no account, and your quit and craving records are not uploaded to any server of ours. Backup makes one file you can restore on another phone. Ads, crash reports and screen-view statistics go through Google services, and none of them carries your records.
The counter, cold turkey, the craving timer, your full craving history, the share card and one savings goal. A small banner shows on the Cravings and Plan tabs, never on the timer.
Yes. Pick your product when you start and the app uses your words: portions for snus, dips for dip, counted in cans, tins or boxes, whichever you buy.
Tap Log a slip. Your day count carries on, your money and pouch counts take that one off, and the slip-free streak starts again.
Choose how many you use a day now, where you want to end and how many weeks to take. Each week the daily allowance steps down towards the number you chose, which can be zero. You can also step down the strength. The taper is part of Pro.
