What is due this morning.
Today lists the nest boxes, kindlings, weanings, palpations and breed-backs due now and coming up. Tap a task done and the record behind it is saved, so the list and the book never disagree. A doe two days past her kindling day with no litter asks what happened, so you can record the litter, rebreed her or mark a miss. A reminder arrives on the morning of each task, at the hour you choose.
Dates worked out from your own numbers.
Gestation, palpation day, nest box day and weaning age are settings, starting at 31, 14, 3 days before kindling and 56. Set them once to match your herd, and a breeding can carry its own gestation length when a doe runs long.
The cage map.
Each row of hutches is laid out with the photo and name of the rabbit in each one, and a nursing litter shows its kit count on the cage. Tap a cage to move a rabbit in or out. Cage cards print on 5 by 3 inch index cards with the ear number, parents and breeding dates.
Litters and weights.
Record born, born alive, losses and fosters, then the weaning count and date. Weigh the whole litter at once or one rabbit at a time, in pounds or kilograms, and add the weaned kits as grow-outs in one step with their parents filled in.
Pedigrees.
A three-generation pedigree prints as a PDF with your rabbitry’s name and logo. When you buy a rabbit with a paper pedigree, type it in box by box and those ancestors are there for every pedigree after it.
Sales, and which does pay their way.
Record a sale, a death or a dispatch with the buyer, price and weight. The for-sale card makes one picture with the rabbit’s photo, breed, age, parents and price, ready to post in a group. Reports show litters, born alive and weaned per litter, kits weaned per year and 8-week litter weight for each doe, plus buck results, income and costs, and a CSV export.
