Stable management for boarding barns
Every stall, every feed, and who did it.
See every stall in one grid, tick off feeds as you work, even with no signal, and turn board plans and extras into monthly invoices.
- Works with no signal
- Every tick has a name
- Part months worked out by the day
- Owner links on Pro
A feed round
-
1 Walk the round.
Feed Time lists the barn in walking order, filtered to what is due this morning or this evening. Tick one line, or tick the horse to mark every line due.
-
2 Check before you feed.
Tap a stall door for that horse’s warnings, today’s lines and the owner’s notes on turnout and blankets.
-
3 See what is coming.
Farrier, vet, vaccination and dental dates for each horse, the last seven days of ticks, and a reminder on the day.
Owner care feed, on Pro
Owners check the feed round without texting you.
Each owner gets a private link with nothing to install. It shows only their own horses:
- Today’s morning and evening ticks, with the time and who did them
- Your photos and notes, and the last seven days
- Warnings, care routines and coming farrier and vet dates
- Their invoices, payments and balance, with a Pay button if you take payments online
In English or Spanish. Owners can turn on a weekly email summary from the page, and you can revoke a link at any time.
What it does
The Stall Grid
Aisles with stalls down each side. Each door shows the horse’s photo, its feed and hay ticks for now and a mark for warnings. Long-press to move a horse, or drop it on another to swap.
Care routines in your words
Feed, hay, supplements and medications, morning, evening or both, daily or every few days, with an end date for a course. Each medication line records which vet gave the instruction.
Two names on one tick
Every tick records who and when, with an optional note or photo. If two people tick the same line, both names are kept, so a double feed shows up.
Printed feed chart
Print the feed chart as a PDF for the feed room wall, in the same walking order.
Board plans and extras
Set your own plans and prices. Add extras such as holding for the farrier, extra hay or a training ride, and they land on the next invoice.
Invoices by the day
Monthly invoices built from plans and extras. A horse that arrives or leaves mid-month is billed for the days it was in, the arrival day included.
Owners and money
Made for daily barn work
Works with no signal
The app keeps a copy on the phone. Ticks, notes and photos made in a dead spot stay on the phone and sync later with the time they were made.
It never tells you what to feed
Every routine line is what the owner or the vet said, typed by the barn. StallSheet suggests no feed, dose or amount.
Money goes straight to you
Online payments run through your own Stripe account. StallSheet takes a 1% platform fee on each online payment, Stripe’s own card fees are separate, and StallSheet never holds the money or sets your prices.
Your barn’s records are stored on our servers so every phone shows the same grid. Read what is kept and how to delete it on the privacy page.

Questions
Does it work with no signal in the barn?
Yes. Feed time ticks, notes and photos save on the phone and sync when it is back online, keeping the time each tick was made.
Do horse owners need to install anything?
No. On Pro each owner gets a private link that opens in a browser, in English or Spanish, and shows only their own horses. You can revoke a link at any time.
Can my staff tick under their own names?
Yes, on Pro. It has up to four seats including yours. Staff join with a code from your phone, and every tick shows who made it.
How is a part month billed?
By the day. A horse that arrives on the 11th of a 30-day month is billed for 20 days, the arrival day included. Extras go on the same invoice.
Does StallSheet give feeding or medication advice?
No. Every line is what the owner or the vet instructed, typed by the barn. It does not suggest a feed, a dose or an amount.
How do online payments work?
Connect your own Stripe account. Owners pay from their care feed or a payment link. The money goes to your Stripe account. StallSheet takes a 1% platform fee on each online payment; Stripe’s own card fees are separate.
What happens if my plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. Horses, ticks, photos and invoices stay readable. Adding horses above 8 and the paid features stop until you subscribe again.
