StopBoard

Food truck schedule app

Your truck's week on a map.

Plan your week's stops on a map, tap Open when you park, and your truck's own page shows customers today's stop, its hours and your menu. Put the QR code on the truck and the link in your Instagram bio, so customers can find your schedule even after your Instagram story disappears.

The Week Map with a pin for each stop The Open switch, on, with the words Open Now

How it works

  1. The Week Map with seven day chips, pins for each stop and today's stop under the map

    Plan the week.

Tap a day, tap the map where you will park, name the spot and set the hours. Regular spots repeat every week.

  2. The Open screen with a big green switch and the words Open Now

    Tap Open when you park.

Your page turns to Open with the spot and the closing time. It closes by itself when the stop ends.

  3. The Page screen with the truck's address, view counts and a preview of the page

    Customers check your page.

Today's stop on a map with directions, the week ahead and your menu, at your own address.

What it does

The Week Map.

Seven day chips over a map, with the chosen day's pins bright and the rest of the week faded. A one-off festival takes the place of the usual lunch that day and leaves the other weeks alone. Skip a single week with one tap, or switch to a list.

The Open flip.

One big switch you tap when you park. Open is always your tap; the app never switches it on from GPS. Parked somewhere unplanned? Open where you are with one location read.

Your truck's page.

Today's stop on a map, a directions button, the week ahead, your menu with photos and prices, your phone and your Instagram, in English or Spanish. Add your cover photo and logo and pick from six colours.

Menu with sold out.

Add dishes with a photo, price and tags such as vegan or spicy. Tap the circle when something runs out and your page marks it sold out within about a minute.

QR sticker.

A ready to print PDF with your truck's name and QR code for the window. It comes with every plan.

Up to 5 trucks (Pro).

Each truck has its own week, menu and page. Serve a lunch menu at one stop and a dinner menu at another, and see which day draws the most views.

Why it works this way

Your schedule stays put.

Instagram stories disappear after 24 hours. Your page is at the same address every day, so a QR code on the truck keeps working.

No background tracking.

StopBoard does not track your truck's location in the background. It only checks your location when you ask it to, with the app open.

You decide when the page changes.

Stops and menu edits wait until you tap Update. Open and sold out changes reach your page within about a minute.

StopBoard is not a food truck marketplace.

StopBoard does not take orders or payments and does not list you beside other trucks. It does not check permits or parking rules for you either.

Questions

Do my customers need an app?

No. Your page opens in any phone browser. They scan the QR code or tap the link in your Instagram bio.

Does it track my truck?

No. Location is read once, only when you tap "Use my location" or open somewhere unplanned. You can also place every stop by hand on the map without giving the app location permission.

What if I forget to close?

The page closes by itself when the stop ends. With no stop behind it, an Open lasts four hours, and you can add 30 minutes at a time.

Does it take orders or card payments?

No. StopBoard shows where you are and what you serve. Orders and payments stay at your window.

Can I use my own website address?

For now your page lives at stopboard.web.app with your truck's name. If you want a full website of your own, we build those too.

What happens to my page if the plan ends?

Your page stops being served, and it comes back as it was when you start a plan again. Your stops and menu stay in the app.

Plan next week's stops today.

Add one stop and see it on the map. Add your hours and menu, then share your truck's page.
