Schedule: next injection in 2 days, Log injection, and the site map with days since each site was logged

What it does

The schedule.

A countdown to your next injection, with Log injection right under it. Set the schedule your prescriber gave you: every few days, or on set weekdays such as Monday and Thursday. The countdown runs from the injection you actually logged, and a reminder arrives on the day at the time you pick.

Injection sites.

A map seen from behind with both glutes, both outer thighs and both deltoids, plus the abdomen on either side. Each site shows the days since you last logged it, and the one logged longest ago is highlighted for reference. Amber marks a site logged inside the window you set. Nothing is blocked, and sites you do not use can be switched off.

Logging an injection.

The form shows the least recently logged site first and the dose you entered. Check both, change either, pick intramuscular or subcutaneous, and save. If you enter the concentration printed on your vial, TRTLog calculates the volume in mL from the dose and concentration you entered and shows the calculation.

Lab results.

Type in each blood test: total and free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, hematocrit, hemoglobin, PSA, LH, FSH, lipids and liver enzymes, or any other marker by name. Add the reference range printed on your report and how many hours after an injection the blood was drawn. Each marker gets a chart with your range as a band and your dose changes marked. Results stay in the unit you typed; another unit is shown only when you pick it, with the conversion printed.

In nmol/L only when you pick it: 1 ng/dL = 0.0347 nmol/L

Symptom diary.

Rate energy, mood, libido and sleep, and note acne and water retention, from 0 to 4, day by day. Each one has a twelve-week chart with your dose changes marked.

Supply and the summary.

Vials on hand in mL, with a refill reminder based on the amount and schedule you record. A PDF of the last 3, 6 or 12 months for your doctor: injections with site and dose, dose changes, lab results with the ranges you entered, symptom averages and other medications.

Why it works this way

Your records stay on your phone.

There is no account and no sign-in, and TRTLog does not upload your records. Android’s automatic cloud backup is switched off for this app. Backup makes one file with every record that you can restore on another phone; restoring adds what is missing and removes nothing. Crash reports and usage statistics are sent, and neither carries your health records.

It records, it does not advise.

TRTLog does not suggest a dose, a schedule or a change, and it does not interpret lab results. The app only shows whether a value is above or below the range you entered. Follow your prescriber.

Reminders that keep quiet about why.

Every reminder says only “Scheduled reminder”, so nothing on your lock screen names a medication, a dose or a site.

Questions

Who is TRTLog for?

People on prescribed testosterone replacement who want one record of their injections, sites, lab results and symptoms. You type in what your prescriber set; the app does not suggest anything.

Which lab units does it handle?

Total testosterone in ng/dL or nmol/L, free testosterone in pg/mL, pmol/L, ng/dL or nmol/L, and estradiol in pg/mL or pmol/L. Results stay as you typed them, and a chart converts only when you choose, printing the factor it used.

Does it tell me if a result is good or bad?

No. You type the reference range from your own report, and the app says only whether a value is above or below the range you entered. What it means is a question for your prescriber.

Can I log twice-weekly injections?

Yes. Choose set weekdays, such as Monday and Thursday, or a schedule of every few days. The countdown always runs from the injection you actually logged.

Is my information uploaded anywhere?

TRTLog does not upload your records, there is no account, and Android’s cloud backup is switched off for the app. You choose where an exported PDF or backup file goes. Crash reports and usage statistics are sent, and neither carries your health records.

What is in the summary for my doctor?

A PDF of the last 3, 6 or 12 months: injections with date, site and dose, dose changes, lab results with the ranges you entered, symptom averages and other medications. It is written in English whatever language the app is set to.

Start your record with the next injection.

Log it once, and the countdown, site map and history build from there.
