The maximum Zs fills in from the BS 7671 tables for circuit-breakers to BS EN 60898 and RCBOs to BS EN 61009, types B, C and D. For fuses and other devices you type it in.
A reading over 80% of that maximum is flagged. The 80% is the On-Site Guide and GN3 rule of thumb for readings taken at room temperature, not a limit set by BS 7671.
On a ring final, EICR Pro compares r1 with rn and flags a difference over 0.05 Ω as a prompt to check the readings. It also compares r2 with what the recorded line and cpc sizes predict. Both are EICR Pro's own check prompts, not a BS 7671 pass or fail.
PRESETS
On a tablet, the same circuits show as the full schedule grid.
A schedule that opens with every box ticked makes it easy to issue a report nobody fully inspected. In EICR Pro every item on the schedule of inspections starts empty, and "Mark section acceptable" tells you how many items it is about to set and asks first.
Under A4:2026, C1 and C2 make the overall assessment unsatisfactory, and C3 and FI do not by themselves. EICR Pro works out the overall condition from your codes and shows the reason beside it, for example "Observations coded C1: 1, C2: 0." Until every item is answered it reads "Not decided yet". You confirm the result before you issue, and the app will not issue a satisfactory report that records a C1 or a C2.

The design, construction, and inspection and testing declarations, each with its signatory. The same person can sign all three where they did all three. EICR Pro does not notify building control or a scheme. Where notification is needed, you make it separately through the usual route.
MINOR WORKS
The circuit altered or extended, its test results and your declaration.

Every address keeps its recommended next inspection date. The addresses list shows what falls due within 60 days and what is overdue. A reminder is set for 8am, 60 days and again 30 days before the date. If Android holds one back, a "Reminders not arriving?" screen shows what to check.
