Messages that cannot be changed after sending.
Keep a topic for each subject, such as school, holidays or health. Once sent, a message cannot be edited or deleted by either parent. Each one shows the time the server received it and when the other parent opened it. Attach photos or PDFs.
The custody schedule.
Enter your parenting plan as a repeating pattern: alternating weeks, 2-2-3, 2-2-5-5, 3-4-4-3, weekdays and weekends, every other weekend, or your own cycle. Each day shows whose parenting time it is, with handovers marked. A change to the plan applies from the day it is made, and earlier days stay as they were.
Requests with the answer on the record.
Ask to swap or change days. The other parent accepts or declines, with an optional reply. Nothing on the calendar moves until a request is accepted, and the request, the answer and both times stay on the record.
Shared expenses.
Add what you spend on the children with a photo of the receipt. Each expense is split by the share you agreed, or one you set for that expense. The parent who was paid marks the other share as settled, and ParentPact keeps the balance each way. Different currencies stay separate. ParentPact records payments; it does not move money.
The children’s details.
School, teacher, doctor, dentist, allergies, medicines, sizes and emergency contacts for each child. An update never replaces the old value: the history shows who changed what, and when.
A PDF of any dates.
The calendar as planned and as it happened, handovers, requests and answers, expenses and their status, every message with its sent and opened times, and the activity log. Every page carries a fingerprint of the document that shows whether two copies match. In English, or Spanish when the app is set to Spanish.
