Delete Your ParentPact Account

In the app

  1. Open ParentPact and sign in.
  2. Tap the settings icon at the top of the Calendar.
  3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Your sign-in, your email address, your push tokens and your profile are deleted at once.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@clearstackapps.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my ParentPact account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What stays

What you wrote in a shared family record stays in it for the other parent, under the name you used, because they rely on it. Once everyone who can read the record has deleted their account, the whole record and all its photos and files are deleted automatically.

Only want to step back?

  • Leave the family record (in Settings) keeps your account and your read access to everything written up to the day you left.
  • Download everything (JSON) (in the Record tab) saves your own copy first.
