Delete Your FamilyPin Account

In the app

  1. Open FamilyPin and go to the Me tab.
  2. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Your account, your member record, your location history and your settings are deleted at once, and your sharing stops. Events you took part in are removed by the family's thirty-day clean-up, or at once if an adult deletes the family.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@clearstackapps.com from the address on your account and ask for your FamilyPin account to be deleted. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Only want to remove some data?

  • Delete my history (Me tab) removes every point of your location history and keeps your account.
  • Leave the family removes you and your history from the family and keeps your account.
