Valence/arousal emotion grid
A 5x5 grid that names the feeling, not just a 1-5 slider. High-energy unpleasant (panic) and low-energy unpleasant (sadness) are different colours, different cells, different interventions.
CBT thought records
Guided 5-step reflection: situation, automatic thought, evidence for, evidence against, balanced thought. Re-rate how you feel before and after.
Feared-outcome tracker
