Pick a word that fits, on a 5x5 grid that separates panic from sadness. Add a note, a trigger tag, or a photo if you want.

A calendar heat-map colour-codes each day by your dominant feeling. Trend charts show valence, arousal, and which triggers correlate with low moods.

Valence/arousal emotion grid

A 5x5 grid that names the feeling, not just a 1-5 slider. High-energy unpleasant (panic) and low-energy unpleasant (sadness) are different colours, different cells, different interventions.

CBT thought records

Guided 5-step reflection: situation, automatic thought, evidence for, evidence against, balanced thought. Re-rate how you feel before and after.

Feared-outcome tracker

Log a worry, pick a check-back date, mark what actually happened. The stats card shows the percent of your worries that did not happen.
