Delete Your ValetTap Account

In the app

  1. Open ValetTap.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
  3. Tap Account and recovery.
  4. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your sign-in to ValetTap and the whole business are deleted at once: lots, every ticket record, guest ticket links and push subscriptions. Your QR tickets, printed ones included, stop working. Intake photos on the phone are deleted too.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@clearstackapps.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my ValetTap account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Attendants

An attendant who deletes their account leaves the business; the tickets stay with the owner.

Guests

Guests have no account and give no name or phone number. A closed ticket's link is deleted two days after the car is handed back, and the ticket record after 120 days.
