Delete Your FarmShare Account

In the app

  1. Open FarmShare.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your sign-in to FarmShare and the whole farm are deleted at once: the season, shares, pickup sites, members, payments, pickup sheets and every member link. Online installments still running are stopped, and the signup page stops working.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@clearstackapps.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my FarmShare account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Helpers

A helper who deletes their account leaves the farm; the records stay with the owner.

Members

Members have no account. A member who wants their details removed can ask the farm, which can delete them in the app, or email us with the farm's name.

Want a copy first?

On Solo and Pro, the export button on the Money tab saves the members and payments as CSV files.
