Delete Your HostPage Account

In the app

  1. Open HostPage.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
  3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your sign-in, every property, section and photo, and every published guest page are deleted at once. Each page address is released, so a printed QR card for it stops working.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@clearstackapps.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my HostPage account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Co-hosts

A co-host who deletes their account leaves the host's account; the guidebooks stay with the host.

Only want a page down?

  • Unpublish (on the Preview tab) takes one guest page down at once and keeps the guidebook in the app.
  • Print guide saves your own copy of a guidebook as a PDF first.
