Delete Your LabCase Account

In the app

  1. Open LabCase.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account & Cloud Data, then confirm.

The lab's account and all of its cloud records are deleted at once: practices, cases, remakes, fee schedules, invoices, status links and cloud photos. Every dentist status link stops working.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@clearstackapps.com with the subject "Delete my LabCase account" and the lab name. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Team members

A technician who deletes the app's data on their own phone leaves the lab; the lab's records stay with the owner. The owner can also remove a seat in Settings, Team Seats & Invites.

Want a copy first?

  • Export CSV on the Cases screen saves your cases.
  • Invoices and practice statements save as PDF.
  • To stop one practice's status link without deleting anything, open the practice and revoke the link.
