Delete Your SetRunner Account

In the app

  1. Open SetRunner.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
  3. Tap Account and recovery.
  4. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your sign-in to SetRunner and the whole business are deleted at once: every event, timeline, song list, guest request, planning link and request page. Links you sent to couples and guests stop working.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@clearstackapps.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my SetRunner account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Second DJs

A DJ who joined with an invite and deletes their account leaves the business; the events stay with the owner.

Couples, clients and guests

Couples, clients and guests have no account. What they added belongs to the DJ's event and is deleted with it. To have it removed sooner, ask the DJ, or email us with the DJ's business name and the event date.

Want a copy first?

  • Export all records (JSON) in Settings saves every event.
  • To stop a link without deleting anything, open the event, then Share, then Turn off.
  • Deposits already paid stay in your own Stripe account, which you manage with Stripe.
