Delete Your SextonMap Account

In the app

1. Open SextonMap.
2. Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
3. Tap Account and recovery.
4. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your sign-in to SextonMap and the whole cemetery are deleted at once: sections, plots, owner records, burials, headstone photos and the public burial search page. The search page link stops working.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@clearstackapps.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my SextonMap account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Volunteers

A volunteer who deletes their account leaves the cemetery; the records stay with the owner.

Want a copy first?

• Export all records (JSON) in Settings saves every section, plot and burial.
• To take the public page down without deleting anything, tap Take the page down in Reports.

Crash reports and analytics follow Google's retention periods. More detail is in the SextonMap privacy policy.
